VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN FOR ROCKHAMPTON -
No 1 of 2005
Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Broadcasting Authority varies the licence area plan for Rockhampton – Gladstone Radio determined on 5 March 1998 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below:
The determination in the principal instrument is varied:
(a) to number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5); and
(b) in clause (3),
(i) to omit the word “fourteen” and to substitute the word “sixteen”
(ii) to omit the numbers “2.29” and to substitute the numbers “2.35”; and
(c) to insert the following clause after clause (5):
“(6) A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time”.
Schedules to the principal instrument are varied to:
(a) omit Schedule One of the principal instrument and to substitute the table headed Schedule One in item 2 on page 9 of this instrument; and
(b) omit Schedule Two to the principal instrument and to substitute the table headed Schedule Two in item 3 on page 9 of this instrument; and
(c) omit Schedule Three to the principal instrument and to substitute the table headed Schedule Three in item 4 on page 10 of this instrument; and
(d) omit Schedule Four to the principal instrument and to substitute the table headed Schedule Four in item 5 on page 11 of this instrument.
(3) Attachments to the principal instrument are varied to:
(a) insert Attachment 2.30 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.24;
(b) insert Attachment 2.31 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.16;
(c) insert Attachment 2.32 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.4;
(d) insert Attachment 2.33 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.6;
(e) insert Attachment 2.34 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.10;
(f) insert Attachment 2.35 of this instrument into the principal instrument after Attachment 2.8;
(g) omit Attachment 1.2 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 1.2 of this instrument;
(h) omit Attachment 1.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 1.1 of this instrument;
(i) omit Attachment 2.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 2.1 of this instrument;
(j) omit Attachment 3.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 3.1 of this instrument; and
(k) omit Attachment 4.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 4.1 of this instrument.
