Variation to Licence Area Plan for Perth Radio—No.1 of 2010
Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Name of Instrument
This instrument is the Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Perth Radio – No. 1 of 2010.
Commencement
This instrument commences the day after it is registered.
Note: An instrument is registered when it is recorded on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI) in electronic form: see the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, s4 (definition of register). The FRLI may be accessed at type="1">
Variation
The Licence Area Plan for Perth Radio determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 11 October 2001 is varied as follows:
a)in the heading of the first page – omit the words “- October 2001”;
b)in clause (2):
(i)omit the words “seven community and four open narrowcasting radio services” and substitute the words “seven community radio broadcasting services and five open narrowcasting radio services”;
(ii)omit the words “Attachments 1.2 – 1.34” and substitute the words “Attachments 1.2 – 1.35”;
c)omit clause (7);
d)re-number clause (8) as clause (7);
e)omit Schedules One to Five and substitute the Schedules to this instrument having the same numbers;
f)omit Schedule Six;
g)omit Attachments 1.1 – 1.19 and substitute Attachments 1.1 – 1.19 to this instrument;
h)omit Attachment 1.21;
i)insert Attachment 1.22 to this instrument after Attachment 1.19;
