DRAFT VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Narrogin area of Western Australia, determined on 4 October 1996, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation comprises a variation of the technical specifications of the commercial broadcasting service designated by the service licence number SL010079 as set out below:

The technical specifications set out in Schedule One and Attachment 1.3 of the licence area plan are deleted.

The varied technical specifications now applicable to this service are set out in Schedule One and Attachment 1.3.1 to this instrument.
