The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for television broadcasting services in Mount Gambier/South East, determined on 19 April 1996, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

This variation comprises the deletion of technical specifications for national/community television services in the T19 Mount Gambier/South East area, as set out below:
