VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN – MOUNT GAMBIER RADIO – NOVEMBER 2003

VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio in the Mount Gambier region of South Australia, determined in December 2001 and varied in November 2002, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The  variation comprises a change to the special conditions on the technical specifications as set out below:

Service Category Service Licence No Technical Specification No Frequency Attach No Area Served Status
Community SL3075 TS 3075001 105.7 MHz 2.2.2 Mount Gambier Vary
Community SL3075 TS 10010697 100.1 MHz 2.3.2 Mount Gambier Vary

The ABA determines that the licence areas of the existing commercial and community

radio services in Mt Gambier and the Millicent community radio service be redefined using 2001 Census boundaries, but otherwise remain unchanged.

The licence area descriptions of these services are at Attachments 1.1.1, 2.1.1 and 3.1.1.

(Determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 6 November 2003)
