VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Katanning area of Western Australia, determined on 4 October 1996, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation comprises a variation of the technical specifications of the commercial broadcasting service designated by the service licence number SL010076 as set out below:

The varied technical specifications now applicable to this service are set out in Schedule One and Attachment 1.7.1 to this instrument.
