VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN – GOULBURN – FEBRUARY 2004

VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority herby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio in the Goulburn region of NSW, determined in June 1999, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation makes a number of changes to the Goulburn LAP, as set out below:

Service Category Service Licence No Technical Specification No Frequency Attach No Area Served Status
National N/A TS10008597 99.9 MHz 1.16 Goulburn (town) Add
Community SL1150816 TS10013016 94.5 MHz 3.2 Braidwood Add

The licence areas of the existing commercial and community radio services have been redefined using 2001 Census boundaries, but otherwise remain unchanged.

(Determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 19 February 2004)
