VARIATION TO THE LICENCE AREA PLAN
EMERALD, QLD – RADIO SERVICES
The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Emerald area of
, determined on Queensland 5 March 1998 , under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The Emerald LAP has been subsequently varied since 1998.The LAP variation comprises a variation of the licence areas of the community radio broadcasting services designated by the service licence numbers SL10206 and SL1150804, the addition of technical specifications of services and the variation of technical specifications of services as set out below:

The variation also comprises an inclusion of the Woorabinda RA1 licence area, a change from 1996 to 2001 Census boundaries as described at Attachment 5.1.

· the transmitter specification number which has been allocated to each transmitter (column five),
· the identifying number of the attachment where the technical specifications for each transmitter are described (column six). (Each set of technical specifications referred to in the Schedules is an attachment to this determination).
· the general area served by each transmitter (column seven).
