Licence Area Plan – Deniliquin Radio
Determination
The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby makes this plan for broadcasting services in Deniliquin, under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Three national radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the national radio services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 (Deniliquin) are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 - 1.3 and 1.14 to this Determination.
Two commercial radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 (Deniliquin) are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.4 - 1.6 to this Determination.
Seven open narrowcasting radio services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the open narrowcasting radio services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 (Deniliquin) are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.7 - 1.13 to this Determination.
One community radio broadcasting services is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 (Deniliquin) are set out in Schedule Two and Attachment 2.2 to this Determination.
A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time.
