Variation to Licence Area Plan for Colac Radio – No.1 of 2008
Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (the BSA), the Australian Communications and Media Authority varies the Licence Area Plan for Colac radio determined on 22 June 2000 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below:
1)The Determination in the principal instrument is varied to:
a)number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1) and (2); and
b)in clause (2):
i)insert the words “One national,” to commence the clause;
ii)omit the word “Two” and substitute the word “two” and
iii)omit the number “1.8” and substitute the number “1.9”.
c)insert the following clause after clause (2):
“(3) A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time.”
2)Immediately following the Determination,
a)omit the heading “SCHEDULES”;
b)omit the words “Each of the Schedules set out:”;
c)omit all eight paragraphs marked with dot points;
d)omit the heading “Status Column” and the five paragraphs immediately following the heading; and
e)omit the heading “Frequency Column” and the two paragraphs immediately following the heading.
3)The principal instrument is varied to omit Schedule One, including the heading ‘Disclaimer:’ and the six paragraphs of text immediately following the heading, and substitute with Schedule One of this instrument.
4)Attachments to the principal instrument are varied to:
a)omit Attachment 1.1 from the principal instrument and substitute Attachment 1.1 of this instrument;
b) omit Attachment 1.6 from the principal instrument and substitute Attachment 1.6 of this instrument; and
c)insert Attachment 1.9 of this instrument after Attachment 1.8 of the principal instrument.
