LICENCE AREA PLAN - CHARLEVILLE
DETERMINATION
This plan for broadcasting services in the Charleville area of Queensland is made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Two national radio broadcasting services, two commercial radio broadcasting services and three open narrowcasting radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 to 1.22 to this plan.
One community radio broadcasting service is to be made available in the Charleville area described at Attachment 2.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 are set out in Schedule Two and Attachments 2.2 to 2.4 to this plan.
In this plan, unless the contrary intention appears:
(a) a reference to a schedule or an attachment is a reference to a schedule or an attachment to this plan;
(b) a reference to a legislative instrument is a reference to that instrument as in force from time to time;
