VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN FOR CENTRAL WESTERN SLOPES RADIO – NO 1 OF 2006
Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Communications and Media Authority varies the Licence Area Plan for Central Western Slopes Radio determined on 2 June 1997 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below:
The determination in the principal instrument is varied to:
(a) number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1), (2), (3) and (4);
(b) in clause (2),
(i) omit the words “Four national” and to substitute the words “Nine national”; and
(ii) omit the numbers “1.2-1.12” and to substitute the numbers “1.2-1.19”.
(c) insert the following clauses after clause (4):
“(5) A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule as amended from time to time.”
Under the heading “SCHEDULES”, immediately following the determination:
(a) omit the words “Each of the Schedules sets out:”; and
(b) omit all six paragraphs marked with dot points.
(3) Schedules to the principle instrument are varied to:
(a) omit Schedule One of the principal instrument and substitute the table headed Schedule One in item 2 on page 6 of this instrument.
(4) Attachments to the principal instrument are varied to:
(a) omit Attachment 1.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 1.1 of this instrument;
(b) insert Attachments 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16 and 1.17 into the principal instrument after Attachment 1.11;
(c) insert Attachments 1.18 and 1.19 into the principal instrument after Attachment 1.5;
(d) omit Attachment 2.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 2.1 of this instrument; and
(e) omit Attachment 3.1 of the principal instrument and to substitute Attachment 3.1 of this instrument;
