VARIATION
The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Bendigo area of Victoria, determined on 8 August 1997, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
The variation comprises a variation of the technical specifications of the community radio service designated by the technical specification numbers TS10007016 and TS10007828 as set out below:

The varied technical specifications now applicable to this service are set out in Schedule Four and Attachments 4.2.1 and 4.3.1 to this instrument.

Schedule Four sets out:
the category of the service (column one).
the service licence number which has been allocated to the service, if appropriate (column two).
the number of transmitters required to transmit the service.
the technical specification number which has been allocated to each transmitter (column three).
the identifying number of the attachment where the technical specifications for each transmitter are described (column four). (Each set of technical specifications referred to in the Schedule is an attachment to this determination).
the general area served by each transmitter (column five).
For ease of reference, the Schedule affected by this variation to the LAP has been updated to reflect the variation to the plan.
