LICENCE AREA PLAN - SCOTTSDALE RADIO
This plan for broadcasting services in the Scottsdale area of Tasmania is made under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Seven national radio broadcasting services and two commercial radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 - 1.11 to this plan.
One community radio broadcasting service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 are set out in Schedule Two and Attachments 2.2 – 2.4 to this plan.
(4) In this plan, unless the contrary intention appears:
(a) a reference to a schedule or an attachment is a reference to a schedule or an attachment to this plan; and
(b) a reference to the Broadcasting Services (Technical Planning) Guidelines 2017 is a reference to that instrument as in force from time to time; and
(c) a reference to any other legislative instrument is a reference to that other instrument as in force from time to time; and
