Library Board (State Library) Amendment

Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Library Board (State Library)
Amendment Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Regulations for the Conduct of the
State Library.

4.             Regulation 1 amended

In regulation 1 delete “Regulations for the Conduct of the State
Library.” and insert:

Library Board (State Library) Regulations 1956.

5.             Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 delete the definition of reader.

6.             Regulation 3 deleted

Delete regulation 3.

7.             Regulations 5 to 10 deleted

Delete regulations 5 to 10.

8.             Regulations 12 and 13 deleted

Delete regulations 12 and 13.

9.             Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14 after “his” insert:

10.           Regulations 15 to 31 deleted

Delete regulations 15 to 31.

11.           Regulation 33 amended

In regulation 33(d) delete “his” and insert:
