An Act to amend the Library and Art Gallery
Act, 1899. [25$ November, 1904.]
| BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with | Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative authority of the same, as follows :— |
| of the Principal Act, the trustees may apply any part of the annual endowment not exceeding six hundred pounds, paid or to be paid to their credit under the authority of that section, for the year ending the thirtieth of June, one thousand nine hundred and live, in making alterations or additions to the building known as the National Art Gallery of New South Wales, and in laying out the grounds and improving the approaches thereto. | Act |
1. This Act may he cited as the " Library and Art Gallery
Amendment Act, 1901," and shall be read as one with the Library and
Art Gallery Act, 1899, hereinafter called the Principal Act.
