1 . This Act may be cited as the "Lewisham Cemetery

Act,

2 . In this Act—

4 . The trustees in respect of the land described in the First Schedule and the Commissioners in respect of the land described in the Second Schedule shall pay the cost of such removal, reinterment, and re-erection.

5 . No compensation shall be payable by the said trustees or the Commissioners to any person in respect of the performance of any act authorised by this Act.

SCHEDULES.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land situate and lying in the parish of
Petersham, county of Cumberland, in the State of New South Wales, and being part of Block 3A of the Petersham Estate and containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods: Commencing at a point on the south­ eastern boundary of a private lane dividing said land from Lewisham Hospital grounds and bearing south-westerly and distant 59 feet 2 inches from the western building line of West-street, and bounded on part of the north-east by a line running along a wall and along a fence bearing south-easterly 209 feet 9 inches ; thence on part of the north-west by fenced line bearing north-easterly 10 feet 10 inches, again on the north­ east by a line running along a fence along a wall and along a fence bearing south-easterly 203 feet 9 inches ; thence on part of the south­ east by a fenced line bearing south-westerly' 7 feet 6 inches ; thence on the remainder of the north-east by a fenced line bearing south-easterly' 34 feet to land resumed by Railway Commissioners ; thence on the
remainder of the south-east and part of the south-west by the boundary
of that resumption bearing southeasterly 145 feet and north-westerly

314 feet respectively to a fence dividing church and school lands from cemetery lands ; thence again on part of the south-west, part of the north-west, and remainder of the south-west by that fence bearing north-westerly 218 feet 10 inches north-easterly 5 feet, and again north-westerly 138 feet 6 inches respectively to the aforesaid south­ eastern boundary of private lane ; thence on the remainder of the north-west by that boundary being a fenced lino bearing north easterly 357 feet 9 inches to the point of commencement, be the said dimensions a little more or loss.

SECOND

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece of laud situate in the municipality of Petersham,
parish of Petersham, county of Cumberland, State of New South Wales, being- part of the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Petersham: Commencing at the intersection of the north-western side of West- street with the northern side of the Main Suburban Railway; thence

bounded on the .south by part of the northern side of the Main Suburban Railway aforesaid bearing north s0 degTees 59 minutes 50

seconds west 2h0 feet 11 inches; thence on the south-west by part of the south-western side of the Rowan Catholic Cemetery aforesaid bearing north 3!) degrees 15<i minutes west 52 feet l l j inches; thence on the north and north-west by lines bearing south S5 degrees 27£ minutes east 154 feet and south 87 degrees 10^ minutes east 16'0 feet and north 24 degrees s minutes east 213 feet 2:} inches; and thence on

the north-east and south-east by part, of the south-western and south-
eastern sides of West-street aforesaid bearing south 35 degrees 27J-
minutes east lit1) feet s inches south 9 degrees 56§ minutes west, 25
