Application for relief from unfair dismissal - correction to decision [2014] FWC 59.

[1] The decision I issued in this matter ([2014] FWC 59, PR546445) on 6 January 2014 is corrected as follows:

i. The first sentence of paragraph [5] is to be deleted and substituted with the following:

“Mr Schnitzler-Kelly attended the non compliance hearing by telephone.”
