APPEARANCES:

M Leonard, Deputy Industrial Registrar.

THE PRESIDENT: This is an application under section 639(4) of the Industrial Relations Act by the Deputy Industrial Registrar for an order deregistering the Queensland Motel Employers Association, Industrial Organization of Employers.  I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirements have been met.  I am also satisfied that the organisation has no members, no offices, no assets, no liabilities.  It is not a party to any industrial agreements or awards and it is not a peak body.  It is defunct.  No incidental orders are sought.  I would make an order that the Queensland Motel Employers Association, Industrial Organization of Employers be deregistered.

VICE PRESIDENT LINNANE:   I agree.

DEPUTY PRESIDENT O’CONNOR:   I agree.

THE PRESIDENT:   The order is as stated.
