1      Name of plan

This plan is Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 4).

2      Aim of plan

This plan aims to identify certain buildings and street walls as heritage items under Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2000.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land at Nos 3–5 Alexander Street, Balmain and Nos

46–56 and 60–64 Palmer Street, Balmain.

4 Amendment of Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2000

Leichhardt Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
