These regulations may be cited as the
Legislative Instruments (Postponement of Expiry) Regulations 2024 .
These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.
In these regulations—
Act means theLegislative Instruments Act 1978 .
The expiry under Part 3A of the Act of the regulations listed in Schedule 1 is postponed for a period of 1 year commencing on 1 September 2024.
The regulations listed in Schedule 2 will expire under the Act on 1 September 2024.
