1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Legislative Instruments Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004

Schedule 1 amends the Legislative Instruments Regulations 2004.
