AN ACT to continue the operation of the Legislative

Council (War Time) Electoral Act, 1943.

[Assented to 30th January, 1946.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1.

This Act may be cited as the Legislative Council (War Time) Electoral Act Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one with the Legislative Council (War Time) Electoral Act, 1943 (No. 35 of 1943), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment	2.	Section twenty-three of the principal Act is
of s. 23 and
continuance

of the	amended by deleting the word "forty-five" in the third
principal Act.	line and inserting in place thereof the word "forty-six."
