1 Name
This instrument is the Legislation (Recovery Plans) Sunset-altering Declaration 2017.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority
This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.
4 Repeal of recovery plans to facilitate review etc.
(1) Each instrument mentioned in Schedule 1 is repealed by subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 April 2022.
(2) The instruments mentioned in Schedule 1:
(a) would, apart from this instrument, be repealed by section 50 of the Legislation Act 2003; and
(b) are or will be the subject of a single review.
(3) The making of this instrument will facilitate the undertaking of the review of the instruments mentioned in Schedule 1 and the implementation of its findings.
5 Repeal of this instrument
This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 April 2022.
