1  Name

This instrument is the Legislation (Public Service Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2021.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.

4  Aligning of sunsetting

The following instruments are repealed by section 51A of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 April 2023:

(a)  Australian Public Service Commissioner’s Directions 2016;

(b)  Public Service Regulations 1999.

5  Repeal of this instrument

This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 April 2023.
