This instrument is the
Legislation (General) Regulations 2025 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the
Legislation Act 2003 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
In this instrument:
Act means theLegislation Act 2003 .
For the purposes of subsection 57(5) of the Act, subsection 57(2) of the Act does not apply to the disallowance provisions in subsections 7(8) and (8A) of the
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .Note 1: Under subsection 57(2) of the Act, sections 42 to 48 of the Act are taken to apply to a document that is a legislative instrument to the exclusion of disallowance provisions in force before 1 January 2005 that applied in relation to the document.
Note 2: The effect of this section is that the disallowance provisions in subsections 7(8) and (8A) of the
Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 continue to apply instead of the disallowance provisions in sections 42 to 48 of theLegislation Act 2003 .
Repeal the instrument.
