1      Name of Notice

This Notice is the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Indexed Amounts) Notice 2019.

2      Definition

In this Notice:

the Rules means the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015.

3      Indexation of amounts

For the purposes of rule 111A (4) (a) of the Rules, the indexed amount that is to apply for the 2019–2020 financial year in respect of an amount specified in Column 1 of the table to this clause that is within a provision specified in Column 2 of the table is the corresponding amount specified in Column 3 of the table.
