Legal Profession Uniform Law Application (Levy) Act 2022[
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
This is the
This Act comes into operation as follows —
(a) sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b) the rest of the Act — immediately after the
Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2022 section 245 comes into operation.

(9) If this section provides, or local regulations made under this section provide, for a levy, the levy is imposed.
