1    Name of Rule

This Rule is the Legal Profession Uniform General Amendment (Conditional Costs

Agreements) Rule 2022.

2 Commencement

This Rule commences on 1 July 2022 * and is required to be published on the NSW
legislation website.

3 Amendment of Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015

Rule 72B

Insert after rule 72A—

72B Conditional costs agreements

For the purposes of section 181(7)(c) of the Uniform Law, the Family
Court Act 1997 of Western Australia is specified.
