s1 2 s3 Legal Profession (Postponement) Regulation 2005 No. 97, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Legal Profession (Postponement) Regulation 2005 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions of Act (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 31 May 2006. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the Act that are not in force. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 June 2006.
