This regulation may be cited as the Legal Profession (Community Legal Service Practitioners) Amendment Regulation 2018.

(1)Despite section 75(1)(a)(ii), the pre-amended provision applies to a payment mentioned in the provision for the financial year ending on 30 June 2018.

(2)In this section—
pre-amended provision means section 75(1) as in force immediately before the commencement.
