s1 2 s3 Legal Profession (Barristers) Amendment Rule (No. 1) No. 110, 2005 2005 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Legal Profession (Barristers) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Legal Profession (Barristers) Rule 2004. 3 Amendment of schedule (2004 Barristers Rule) (1) Schedule, rule 34(b),‘lie of falsification’— omit, insert— ‘lie or falsification’. (2) Schedule, rule 75, from ‘Criminal Justice Commission’ to ‘Australian Securities Commission’— omit, insert— ‘Crime and Misconduct Commission, the Australian Crime Commission, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’.
