1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Legal Profession (Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules) Notice 2022.

2   Notice of making of solicitors rules by law society

The ‘Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules 2012’ have been made as solicitors rules.

For the requirement to notify the solicitors rules, see the Act, section 225.

3   Repeal

The Legal Profession (Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules) Notice 2012, SL No. 48 is repealed.
