Legal Profession Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Legal Profession Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Legal Profession
Regulations 2009.

(1)	In regulation 11 in the Table item 17 delete "Review Board established under the Mental Health Act 1996" and insert:
Tribunal established by the Mental Health Act 2014 section 380
(2)	In regulation 11 in the Table item 18 delete -under the Mental Health Act 1996" and insert:
under the Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 1996 section 41 N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.
