Legal Profession Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2011

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Legal Profession Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Legal Profession
Regulations 2009.

4.             Regulation 11 amended

In the Table to regulation 11 —

(a) in item 7 delete "Consumer Affairs Act 1971- and insert:

Fair Trading Act 2010

(b) delete the following items:

24 The office of the Real Estate and Business

Agents Supervisory Board constituted under the

Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978

26 The office of the Settlement Agents

Supervisory Board constituted under the

Settlement Agents Act 1981
