Legal Profession Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Legal Profession Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Legal Profession Regulation 2007. 3 Amendment of s 80 (Exceptions to requirement for disclosure) Section 80— insert — ‘(1) For section 311(1)(a) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $1500.’.
