LEGAL PROFESSION ADMISSION RULES 2005

THE Legal Profession Admission Board has approved amendments to the Legal Profession

Admission Rules 2005.

Rule 98 (5) (c)

Amend Rule 98 (5) (c) as follows:

Delete: “those skills and practice areas referred to in sub-rule (2) from which he or she has

not been exempted.”

and insert: ‘those skills and practice areas referred to in sub-rule (3) from which he or she

has not been exempted.”
