LEGAL PROFESSION ADMISSION RULES 2005
Amendment to Legal Profession Admission Rules 2005

THE Legal Profession Admission Board has approved amendments to Rule 53 (b) and to the Second Schedule to the Legal Profession Admission Rules 2005.

Amend Rule 53 (b) as follows:

Delete ‘Trade Practices Law’ and insert ‘Competition and Consumer Law’.

In the Second Schedule,

Add ‘OR The Legal Profession’ to ‘University of Sydney Law, Lawyers and

Justice’.
