Legal Services Tribunal Rules 1997

The Rule Committee of the Legal Services Tribunal, constituted under section 166 of the Legal Profession Act 1987, hereby amends the rules which commenced on 1 September 1997 by repealing rule 18A.

This amendment is to have effect on and from Friday 20 March 1998.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The rule 18A is no longer required by reason of the amendment of section 171E by the

Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 1997, with effect from 2 February 1998.
