LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 1987
LEGAL PRACTITIONERS TRANSITIONAL ADMISSION RULES
The following amendment was made by the legal Practitioners Admission
Board at its meeting on 8 July 1997.
Rule 95 (5)
Rule 95 (5) is amended to read:
Any person so exempted shall, before admission:
| (a) | pass the Board’s examination in Legal Ethics, unless that person is deemed to have passed the examination in accordance with Rule 74 (2) (a); and |
| (b) | pass an examination in Trust Accounts recognised by the Board as satisfying the requirements for Trust Accounts knowledge. |
