Legal Practitioners Transitional Admission Rules 1994

THE following amendment was made by the Legal Practitioners
Admission Board at its meeting on 10 September, 1996:

Subrule 80 (2). This subrule is rescinded and the following subrule is substituted.

Subrule 80 (2). No person shall be entitled to receive the Diploma in Law if he or she has sat for and passed fewer than half of the Board’s Examinations.
