LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 1987—RULE

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS TRANSITIONAL ADMISSION

RULES 1994

NEW SOUTH WALES

THE following new rules and new form were created by the Legal

Practitioners Admission Board at its meeting on 30th January 1996:

78A (1) The Board may award academic prizes to Students-at-Law

on account of their performance in the Board’s examinations.

(2) The terms and conditions of each prize shall be determined

by the Board from time to time.

81A Upon being awarded an academic prize by the Board a student

shall be entitled to receive a certificate in Form 15 bearing the seal

of the Board.

Amend the First Schedule by adding Form 15 as follows:

FORM No. 15

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ADMISSION BOARD
