Legal Practitioners Transitional Admission Rules 1994

THE following amendments were made by the Legal Practitioners

Admission Board at its meeting on 14 May 1996:

Rule 21

This rule is rescinded and the following Rule is substituted.

Rule 21

All nominated members of the Legal Qualifications Committee shall hold office from the date of their nomination to 30 June of the next even numbered year and shall be eligible for further nomination.
