Legal Practitioners Transitional Admission Rules 1994

NEW SOUTH WALES

THE following amendments were made by the Legal Practitioners

Admission Board at its meeting on 16 August 1995:

Rule 30 This rule is rescinded and the following rule is substituted.
Rule 30 The Board may register as a probationary Student-at-Law
any person who:

(a)

has been granted provisional matriculation status in a university which has an Accredited Law School; or

(b)

satisfies the Board that he or she has reached a sufficient standard of education, whether as a consequence of a course of training or otherwise, to undertake the Board’s examinations.
