THE following amendment was made by the Legal Practitioners

Admission Board on 1 February 1995:

THIRD SCHEDULE (FEES)

For registration as a Student-at-Law $110
For approval for admission $250
On the filing of an application under s. 13 of the Act $100
For a Certificate of Admission $25
For a transcript of academic record $25
Additional Fee (Rule 79.(3)) $25
For any other application to the Board (unless the Board
otherwise resolves) $20
On the filing of an application under Rule 68 (Credit
Application) $125
On the filing of an application under Rule 67 $25
On the filing of a Student Course Application $25
On the filing of an application for Exemption from Practical
Legal Training $100

Additional fee for sitting an examination in an unscheduled location, in any one semester:

in N.S.W.:  first subject $200
additional subjects (each) $120
elsewhere in Australia:  first subject $250
additional subjects (each) $150
overseas:  first subject $350
additional subjects (each) $210
