BARRISTERS AND SOLICITORS ADMISSION RULES 1989

1.  This Amendment is made by the Barristers Admission Board and the Solicitors Admission Board on 9 August 1990.

2.  The Third Schedule to the Barristers and Solicitors Admission

Rules 1989 is amended—by omitting “LIBRARY

CONTRIBUTION (RULES 119 and 120) $600.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this amendment is to amend the Third Schedule of the Barristers and Solicitors Admission Rules by deleting until further notice, the amount payable as specified in the Third Schedule in respect of library contribution pursuant to rr. 119 and 120 by applicants for admission as a Barrister or Solicitor.
