Admission Rules 1994
under the
Legal Profession Act 1987
By decision of the Legal Practitioners Admission Board, the Legal Practitioners
Transitional Admission Rules are amended as follows:
Amend rule 29 by inserting “to apply” after “A person is qualified”.
Amend form 1 by deleting “within the last 12 months” from item 2(b) and inserting
“original” in item 2(c) before “documentation”.
Amend forms 3, 3A, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17 to the forms hereunder.
