Amendment Rules 1999

Made by The Legal Practice Board with the concurrence of the Chairman of the Disciplinary Tribunal under section 6(1)(gc) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation on the day on which the Legal
Practice Board Amendment Rules 1999 come into operation.

3.            Rules 16 and 17 repealed

Rules 16 and 17 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary
Tribunal Rules 1993* are repealed.
