An Ordinance to amend the Legal Practitioners Ordinance 1970

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 1986.1

Admission as barrister and solicitor

2.  Section 10 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance 19702 is amended by inserting after paragraph (1) (ab) the following paragraph:

“(ac)he or she has been admitted, or is qualified for admission, to the degree of Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland Institute of Technology;”.
