An Ordinance to amend the Legal Practitioners Ordinance 1970

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.¹

Complaints concerning conduct of certain legal practitioners

2.  Section 29 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance 1970 ² is amended by inserting in paragraph (1) (a) “, and was not, at the relevant time, practising solely as a barrister” after “Society”.
